Isaiah 7-9: The prophesied Birth of Emmanuel

Topic: The prophesied Birth of Emmanuel
Text: Isaiah 7-9
Key Text: Isaiah 7:14

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

The subject of the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, is not just an after thought, hence it has been prophesied by Isaiah. This shows Jesus Christ as Human and Divine, a role that makes him the intermediary between man and God.

When Jesus came, the prophecy was fulfilled in total, he came through Virgin Mary, what a reassuring exposition, that what ever the Lord has promised he is able to do, it may look Impossible, but with God all things are possible.

You may reading this and you have tried to be free from your sins, to no avail, you might be asking the same question the disciples asked Jesus, in Matthew 19:25-26 "When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible." If through faith you will repent of your sins, your will receive pardon and freedom from  sin today.

Yours may be a difficult situation, and all hope is lost like the dry bones in the open valley, in the days of Ezekiel, I come to tell you, he who made an army from very dried bone scattered can make a glory out of your gory situation today, and he will do it as you call on him today in Jesus Name. Amen.

Challenge: Is anything too hard for God?

Prayer: Lord I have seen that you ate able to do all things and whatsoever you promised you would do, Lord I ask that today, grant my heart desires, and fulfill all your promises in my life in Jesus name! Amen.
