Psalms 1:1-3
Many people are full of Faith based declarations, but the result is absent, they claim to know God, but their life is devoid of His power, it seems their God is gone deaf, they cry and shout aloud, but no result!
This morning, I want to say to you, wipe away your tears for that which you desired, is the Children's bread, and our God is more ready to do for you better than you desire, he says "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."
SEPARATION FROM SIN AND SINNERS
"Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful."
There must be a point of separation from Sin, and this happens at Salvation, when you repent of your Sin, and admit Jesus into your life as Lord and Saviour. That's why Isaiah 59:2 says "but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear."
However, when Jesus comes, sinful practices are dispelled, Sinful objects and friends leaves, because now you are in the Light, while they are of darkness.
The question therefore is, "are you saved from sin or do you still commit sin?" Repent today if you still commit sin, take away the things that easily lure you to sin & ask God for heart purity.
A RESULT ORIENTED LIFE IS SEPARATE FROM SIN AND SINNERS!
